His early work concentrated on portraits in water-colour,
pastel and oil. During the First World War Baumer started
contributing to Punch Magazine and other well know publications
of the day. This signed original published in 1936 is
in good condition.
Executed in pen and Indian ink on cartridge paper mounted on board.
