Arthur Horner was born in Australian and came
to Britain just after WWII. He was a famous cartoonist
of his day and also a caricaturist and illustrator.. He
created Col. Pewter for the News Chronicle and then later
in the Daily Mail. This is a rare example in excellent
condition, considering it is drawn on such thin paper.
